This is YOUR HOME. I want you to feel nothing but comfortable throughout the process. You love your home and need an agent who is going to love your home as much as you do. My top priority is to listen and make sure you feel heard the whole way through. I have your back!

Give Feedback & Advice

It starts with a comparative market analysis to determine the market value of your home. From there, I will provide guidance on the best pricing strategy and make adjustments if needed throughout the process. I will also be able to give recommendations for staging and preparing your home for buyers to come through. I’m available by phone at any time, to answer you questions and give advice whenever you need.

Determine Listing Price

After reviewing the recently sold homes, pending sales, and active homes on the market in your area, I will provide a recommendation for a listing price. At the end of the day, it’s your home and your money, so you have the final say. However, having an agent to provide recommendations and strategies will ensure you make an informed decision.

Maximize Exposure through Marketing

Besides price, the next biggest factor in time on the market is exposure of the home. The key is to target as many potential buyers as possible, through multiple avenues such as Open Houses, print and online marketing, professional photography, etc. As your agent, I will cover the cost for these strategies and take on that risk, so you don’t have to!

Negotiate & be Your Advocate

There are many times during the process where negotiation may be involved. Negotiations don’t end once the initial purchase contract is signed— they’ve only just begun. My job will be to effectively communicate and negotiate with the other side of the transaction and to smooth out the process so there is less for you to worry about.

Bring it to the Closing Table

The key difference with working with an agent, is our ability to bring it to the closing table! There are many periods where a deal could fall through, so having someone experienced is vital to making sure that the transaction actually closes. Good news for you…you don’t pay any commission until the closing is done!
